    The Amazon Prime Air Team is recruiting a Business Operations Program Manager who is responsible for managing business processes and executing critical projects related to this innovative delivery project. In this role, you will be responsible for scoping and delivering complex solutions, engaging with internal business partners, driving project schedules from vision to release, and making appropriate trade-offs to manage risk. You will also clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and client project teams. You are responsible for driving improvements within the program to reduce inefficiencies, align the organization around priorities, improve delivery/performance, and enable Amazon to gain efficiencies as our business continues to grow.

    Export Control License
    This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon’s ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.

    Basic Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects
    • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, Exchange, and SharePoint
    • Experience with project delivery for large, cross functional projects
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent technical skills
    • Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
    • Strong bias for action and "get it done" attitude
    • Detail oriented, yet able to look at a wide array of choices and identify what truly matters

    Preferred Qualifications

    • MBA preferred
    • Quantitative analytical abilities
    • Proven problem solving skills
    • Strong organizational skills
