The service aims to maximize benefits of scale and to pass those benefits on to developers.

You should be an engineer who is comfortable understanding Linux, networking and cloud services. As always, at Amazon you should have a drive to create the best experience possible, for both AWS customers and the other engineers service teams within S3.

Support engineers will participate in ops tasks on-call rotation.
