As part of the Amazon HR organization, we directly influence the future growth of Amazon. To achieve this goal we are seeking for a passionate software development manager (SDM) who is extending the Amazon Hire platform in a new recruiting space.
As an SDM, you like to take technical ownership of the development of a new critical part of our hiring systems by leading a talented and nimble team of engineers. You will lead six to twelve individuals to build new functionalities, improve processes and quality of services, create your own team mandate and long-term plan, execute on your projects, and drive them across different teams. We looking for you if you can prioritize well, communicate clearly and is proud of the technical solutions you deliver. This position is right for you if you are passionate about solving the toughest software challenges on behalf of our customers and users.
